We offer our contract employees an array of benefits which include: Weekly Pay At CKM Staffing, you will receive a paycheck on a weekly basis provided that you follow company payroll procedures. CKM Staffing will provide you with instructions for getting compensated. In order to process payroll checks, it is your responsibility to have the timecard signed by the appropriate supervisor and returned to our office by Monday at 12:00 noon. Holiday Pay You will be eligible for holiday pay once you have worked for CKM Staffing 90 days continuously, and if you work the day before and after the holiday. Contact your representative for eligible holidays. Direct Deposit Eligibility starts day one of employment. Ask your account manager for the appropriate application. Performance Bonus When you have completed 1,200 hours of temporary work through CKM Staffing within a 12-month period, you will be eligible to receive a bonus. This bonus is equivalent to a 40 hour week pay. Referring Bonus When you refer a temporary employee to CKM Staffing and we employ them for a minimum of 120 completed hours, you will receive a bonus of up to $100.00. Ask your account manager for details. When you refer a client company to CKM Staffing and they utilize our service for more than 120 hours, you will receive a $100.00 bonus. 401(k) Plan Call CKM administration office for more details. |
